If you have purchased the National Package or the International Package, then yes. However, if you have chosen the Traditional Service, there is a minimum exclusivity period of 6 months during which only Hasamia will market your property for sale.

Yes, every potential buyer must provide Hasamia with their full name, residential address, email address, and phone number before booking a viewing.

When a buyer submits a formal offer for your property, we will verify all necessary details to ensure the transaction is completely secure. We also check, in case a mortgage is requested, whether they are eligible for financing.

Hasamia will notify you if and when buyers request information about your property and will provide you with their contact details.

Our standard terms provide for marketing your property for a minimum of 12 months.

If the property is not sold within those 12 months, you will be entitled to an additional 6 months of marketing completely free of charge.

With Hasamia, you always stay in control of your property sale. If you decide not to sell while your listing is active, we will simply remove it from the real estate portals. If you choose Pay Now or Pay in Installments, you will still be required to pay for the package. We do not offer refunds if you decide to suspend the sale of your property.

The subscription lasts for 1 year. If the property is sold within this period, payment is due; otherwise, there is no cost.

If you withdraw your property from the market or cancel the contract after listing it, payment for the service will still be required.
